التبديل و الإسترجاع خلال ١٤ يوم

وقد استثنى القانون من ذلك:

• ملابس المناسبات

• السهرات و الأعراس

• المجوهرات

• العطور

• النظارات

خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من تاريخ الشراء.

على أن تكون السلعة بنفس حالتها عند الشراء مع:

• وجود كامل مرفقاتها

• ألا يكون المستهلك قد استخدمها بأي صورة من الصور

• عدم وجود آثار (الماكياج / العطور / الاستخدام)

• وجود الفاتورة الأصلية

ولا يجوز للمستهلك خيار الرد أو الاستبدال في حالة قبوله وعلمه بالعيب أو الخلل الموجود بالسلعة أو طريقة تغليفها أو تعرضها للتلف.

يرجى التحقق من تاريخ ووقت الشراء، حيث نعتذر عن قبول الاسترجاع والاستبدال بعد الوقت المحدد، ويرجى التأكد من حالة السلعة قبل استلام البضاعة والمغادرة.

Exchange and Return within 14 Days

The law excludes the following items:

• Occasion wear

• Evening and wedding dresses

• Jewelry

• Perfumes

• Eyeglasses

These items can only be returned or exchanged within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

The item must be in the same condition as when purchased, with:

• All original accessories included

• No signs of use in any form

• No traces of (makeup / perfumes / usage)

• The original invoice must be presented

The consumer is not entitled to a refund or exchange if they accepted the item knowingly with a defect, damage, or any issue related to its packaging or condition.

Please verify the date and time of purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the specified period. Kindly ensure the condition of the item before receiving the product and leaving the store.
